How do I book a bouncy castle?
Simply contact us with your event date, location and the type of bouncy castle you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability and get your booking arranged.
How much does bouncy castle hire cost?
Prices vary depending on the castle, hire duration, location and event requirements. Get in touch for a personalised quote.
How long is the hire for?
Our standard hire period is 4 hours but we may be able to accommodate longer hire periods depending on availability.
Do you deliver and set up the bouncy castle?
Yes. We deliver, set up and safely secure the equipment at your chosen location. We’ll also return to collect it after your event.
Do you deliver to my area?
We cover Lisburn/Belfast area. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to check.
Do you provide indoor and outdoor hire?
Yes, depending on the size and type of inflatable. Outdoor setups require a suitable, safe and reasonably level surface.
What happens if it rains?
Safety is our priority. Some inflatables cannot be used in wet or unsuitable weather conditions. If bad weather affects your booking, we’ll discuss the available options with you.
Are the bouncy castles cleaned?
Absolutely. Our inflatables are cleaned and checked regularly to help ensure they are hygienic and ready for every booking.
How many children can use the bouncy castle?
This depends on the specific inflatable and its size. We’ll provide the recommended maximum number of users for your chosen castle.
What age are the bouncy castles suitable for?
Age suitability varies between inflatables. Please check the individual product description or contact us if you’re unsure which castle is best for your event.
Do I need to provide electricity?
Most of our inflatables require a standard electrical supply for the blower. Please let us know if electricity is not available at your venue so we can discuss your options.
How much space do I need?
You’ll need enough room for the inflatable itself, plus additional clearance around it. We can advise you on the required space for your chosen castle.
Can I hire a bouncy castle for a birthday party?
Of course! Our bouncy castles are perfect for birthdays, family parties, school events, community events and many other celebrations.
Do I need to supervise the children?
Yes. Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the inflatable, and the safety rules provided with the equipment must be followed.If not possible we can have a member of staff supervising while you enjoy the party.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on delivery day.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on concrete or indoors?
Some inflatables can be used indoors or on suitable hard surfaces with the correct setup. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether your venue is suitable.
What happens if the bouncy castle gets damaged?
Customers are responsible for following the safety instructions and taking reasonable care of the equipment during the hire period. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.
Do you provide safety instructions?
Yes. We provide clear safety instructions and will explain any important requirements when setting up the inflatable.
Can I hire more than one inflatable?
Yes! Hiring multiple inflatables is a great option for larger parties and events. Contact us for availability and package pricing.
